Janet Memela is our friendly housekeeper.  She lives in her own flat  on the property and will personally welcome you and your family to Sausalito.  She will also see to it that .....

(a) Your keys are handed over and the gate and security system is explained to you  (b) The house is cleaned and beds are neatly made up once a day  (c) Dishes are washed, dried and put away after your meals  (d) House Linen is laundered and changed regularly  (e) Any necessary repairs/maintenance jobs are arranged  (f) your stay is comfortable and pleasant.

Since Sausalito is a self-catering establishment she won't get involved in any cooking or meal supplies or the making of teas, coffees etc.  Similarly she is not required to do any personal laundry or ironing for our guests.

These daily services are all part of the package and you are not expected to make any payment to her for it.  If you are especially happy with her services it is in order (and always appreciated) if she is given a small voluntary tip at the end of your stay.
