Some Important Conditions of Hire

  a)  No more than 8 persons (adult and/or children) using the house at any time during the stay

  b)  It is a non-smoking home - please respect this

  c)  We regret that pets are not allowed on the premises

 

Prices vary with the Season

Peak Season (Jan, Jun, Jul, Dec) R2,200 pd
High Season (Feb, Mar, Apr, Nov) R1,800 pd
Mid Season (Sep, Oct) R1,600 pd
Low Season (May, Aug) R1,400 pd

We seldom accept bookings of less than 5 days.

A substantial discount is available for all stays of 14 days and longer.

We specifically encourage family bookings.

 

Bookings

Bookings / Enquiries are taken on the Phone or (preferably) by Email  (see : 'Contact Us')

 

Deposit

We require a one-third non-refundable deposit up-front to secure the booking, and the balance to be paid shortly before your stay

 

Payment

Bank Guaranteed cheque, Internet or Bank Transfer directly into our Bank account whose details will be supplied on booking.
